Meet the Management

Allan Klinge, President

Mr. Klinge plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the organization’s administration function and performance. He participates in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs. Mr. Klinge is also responsible for directing, managing and coordinating all sales and marketing activities for Klinge Corporation. He coordinates efforts between the sales and engineering departments; leads the development and implementation of marketing initiatives; and, helps to identify, design and implement new market opportunities, products and plans. Mr. Klinge joined Klinge Corporation in 2007. He previously worked at a research firm in Washington, DC. Mr. Klinge has a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelors Degree from Dartmouth College.

Henrik Klinge, Director

Henrik began his career in 1971, starting as a part time installer and test engineer for container refrigeration in numerous places in the US and abroad.  In 1978, he began heading the engineering and development departments in Klinge Corporation for transport refrigeration. At this time, Henrik was also appointed as the Danish member of the ISO committee to develop, draft and obtain approval for the ISO standard 1496-2 for refrigerated containers as well as ISO 10368 for standardization of the remote monitoring of reefer containers onboard oceangoing vessels.

Starting in 1981 Henrik was Sales Manager for Container Transport Refrigeration Worldwide. In 1986, Henrik took over as Owner and President of Klinge Corporation in York, Pennsylvania where he has continued work in the area of the development and creation of new transport refrigeration units. Henrik has also given lectures on repair and maintenance of this special equipment worldwide.

Lars Secher, General Manager

Lars started his business career with The East Asiatic Company of Copenhagen, Denmark  in 1974. He worked for this international conglomerate’s US subsidiaries in sales and management positions 1978-1986, when Lars joined Klinge Corporation. From 1986-1996 Lars worked in business development for Klinge and started and managed US manufacturing operations for waste incinerators for ships, retorts for food processing plants as well as refrigerant recycling machines.

Lars was the first President of the Klinge subsidiary Refrigerant Technologies Inc (now RTI Inc.- a Mahle–company, a world leader in refrigerant recycling machines). Klinge spun off RTI in 1992 and Lars became General Manager of Klinge Corporation. From 1996 to 2008 Lars was the President of Uni-chains Mfg., Inc, a leading manufacturer of modular plastic conveyor belting.

In 2008 Lars rejoined Klinge Corporation as General Manager. Lars is responsible for the day to day operations of all departments of the company in its pursuit of meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Jason Flynn, Service and Quality Manager

Mr. Flynn joined Klinge Corporation in 2005 and serves as the Service and Quality Manager. As Klinge Corporation’s Engineering Manager, Mr. Flynn helps coordinate the timely development and quality certification of Klinge Corporation’s products to ensure the customer’s requirements are met. He provides support to the Sales team, Production department, and Purchasing employees.

Crystal Shaub, Production Manager

Crystal started her business career with Gichner Shelter Systems located in Dallastown, PA. in 2002. She began as a general assembler in the Final Department. With attention to detail and drive, she was promoted to a supervisor position. Crystal obtained valuable experience in a manufacturing leadership role, along with several training opportunities.

Crystal joined Klinge Corporation in September 2014, as a production assistant. She learned processes, product and flow with a combination of interpersonal skills, which landed her a promotion to a supervisor position.

January 2019, Crystal was promoted to Production Manager. She is responsible for the daily operations of the shop, meeting order deadlines, handling personnel needs and looking for improvement opportunities.

Tom Baldwin, Operations Manager

Tom has been in Manufacturing operations for over 35 years beginning in 1982 at United States Gypsum as Production worker in Red Lion, PA. to 1993 as Production Manager at USG capital projects facility in Cleveland, OH., producing computer access flooring and other interior office space components used worldwide. Tom joined former Klinge subsidiary RTI Technologies in 1994 as Production Manager producing refrigerant recovery recycling equipment and other automotive service equipment to 2005 as VP-Operations.

In 2006, Tom started Baldwin Enterprises, Sales and Service of Automotive Service Equipment specializing in AC Service units that continues as a small side venture until this day. In late 2007 Tom served as Department Head at Osram-Sylvania manufacturing incandescent lighting division at the York, Pa. plant unit late 2013 when he rejoined Klinge corporation as Production Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and eventually Operations Manager.

Tom is responsible for the Production and Supply Chain groups meeting customers’ needs and expectations.

Steve Miller, Supply Chain Manager

A graduate of York Technical Institute, Steve started his career with Klinge in 2002 working in the Accounting Department. After some time in the Accounting Department, Steve transitioned to the Purchasing Department and later to the Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing departments. In 2015 Steve was promoted to Purchasing Manager. In 2019, Steve was promoted to Supply Chain Manager and now manages the Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and Warehousing Departments.

Theresa Seitz, Human Resources Manager

Theresa joined Klinge Corporation in 2021, bringing with her decades of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She is a certified Human Resources Professional with a proven history in Human Resources Consulting with both US-based and International clientele.

Theresa spent the core of her Human Resources Career providing HR Consulting services in all aspects of HR as a Human Resources Professional within the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry. Her background provides proven success as an HR Generalist with Specialist level expertise throughout the spectrum of all HR Practices.

Theresa brings a strong passion for Compliance, Diversity, Risk Mitigation, Development and Mentorship to the Klinge Corporation culture. As Klinge Corporation’s Human Resources Manager Theresa is also responsible for all stages of the employee talent lifecycle from Talent Acquisition thru Talent Offboarding and beyond.

Jennifer Weitzel, ERP Manager

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. She joined Klinge Corporation in 2020 to assist with the Epicor ERP System. Jennifer’s extensive background working with data, developing reports, implementing and training on new processes, and customizing the ERP system helps Klinge effectively evaluate business demands.
