Allan Klinge, CEO
Allan plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the organization’s administration function and performance. Allan is also responsible for directing, managing and coordinating all sales and marketing activities for Klinge Corporation. He coordinates efforts between the sales and engineering departments; leads the development and implementation of marketing initiatives; and, helps to identify, design and implement new market opportunities, products and plans.
Allan joined Klinge Corporation in 2007. He previously worked at a research firm in Washington, DC. Allan has a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelors Degree from Dartmouth College.
Henrik Klinge, Director
Henrik began his career in 1971, starting as a part-time installer and test engineer for container refrigeration in numerous places in the US and abroad. In 1978, he began heading the engineering and development departments in Klinge Corporation for transport refrigeration. At this time, Henrik was also appointed as the Danish member of the ISO committee to develop, draft and obtain approval for the ISO standard 1496-2 for refrigerated containers as well as ISO 10368 for standardization of the remote monitoring of reefer containers onboard oceangoing vessels.
Starting in 1981 Henrik was Sales Manager for Container Transport Refrigeration Worldwide. In 1986, Henrik took over as Owner and President of Klinge Corporation in York, Pennsylvania where he has continued work in the area of the development and creation of new transport refrigeration units. Henrik has also given lectures on repair and maintenance of this special equipment worldwide.
Keith Ward, Engineering Manager
Keith joined Klinge in March 2023 and is responsible for managing the efforts of our Engineering team. He started to work as an electronic engineering apprentice in 1976, and after completing his B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering went on to have a career in technical management in the Refrigeration, IT, Medical, and Pharma industries, working for several global blue chip companies. Returning to University he obtained an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, and is a proponent of “lifelong learning”. Project Management, Product Design, Six Sigma, and lean are some of his specialties. With 35 years of engineering and management experience, he is happy to be finishing his career in the industry where he started.
Joe Muth, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Joe joined Klinge Corporation in 2022 as the CFO. As Klinge Corporation’s finance leader he is responsible for planning and managing the organization’s fiscal standing based on financial and operational data generated by the company as well as advising the management of the corporation on its financial strategic direction.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University and is a Maryland CPA (inactive status). He has 25+ years of accounting and finance experience working in multiple industries (including manufacturing) with focuses on corporate financial analysis & planning, corporate accounting, internal controls, and internal audit.
Jason Flynn, Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Jason joined Klinge Corporation in 2005 and serves as the Chief Operations Officer, where he oversees the Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Service, and Quality efforts at Klinge Corporation. Jason works with the relevant Managers of these departments to coordinate the timely development and production of Klinge Corporation’s products to ensure the customer’s requirements are met.
Kristoffer Ebaugh – Production Manager
Kristoffer joins Klinge with 20 years of manufacturing and production experience. He is a York County native who started his career at Johnson Controls (formerly York International) as a hydraulic press operator and was eventually able to advance into leadership and management roles. At Johnson Controls, Kristoffer was responsible for the production and quality of industrial and commercial air handling units. Most recently, Kristoffer was Production Manufacturing Manager at New Concept Technologies – a leading automation company in Emigsville, PA. Kristoffer is also knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and employee development. He prides himself in meeting customers’ needs in a timely manner with quality work while boosting production and maintaining a positive team morale.
Kristoffer joined Klinge Corporation in November of 2021 as our Production Manager and is excited to be a part of the team!
Steve Miller, Supply Chain Manager
A graduate of York Technical Institute, Steve started his career with Klinge in 2002 working in the Accounting Department. After some time in the Accounting Department, Steve transitioned to the Purchasing Department and later to the Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing departments. In 2015 Steve was promoted to Purchasing Manager. In 2019, Steve was promoted to Supply Chain Manager and now manages the Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and Warehousing Departments.
Theresa Seitz, Human Resources Manager
Theresa joined Klinge Corporation in 2021, bringing with her decades of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She is a certified Human Resources Professional with a proven history in Human Resources Consulting with both US-based and International clientele.
Theresa spent the core of her Human Resources Career providing HR Consulting services in all aspects of HR as a Human Resources Professional within the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry. Her background provides proven success as an HR Generalist with Specialist level expertise throughout the spectrum of all HR Practices.
Theresa brings a strong passion for Compliance, Diversity, Risk Mitigation, Development and Mentorship to the Klinge Corporation culture. As Klinge Corporation’s Human Resources Manager Theresa is also responsible for all stages of the employee talent lifecycle from Talent Acquisition thru Talent Offboarding and beyond.
Jennifer Weitzel, ERP Manager
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. She joined Klinge Corporation in 2020 to assist with the Epicor ERP System. Jennifer’s extensive background working with data, developing reports, implementing and training on new processes, and customizing the ERP system helps Klinge effectively evaluate business demands.
